Update

No training tomorrow as most of you will be playing for Gogledd Cymru in the afternoon.
Next Thursday there is no pitch available to train at the club as there is a women's match being played on pitch 2 so Eirias Arena has been booked for training. However, those who come to Bangor for training on Wednesday (7pm) can skip training on Thurday and go along to support the Colwyn Bay women's team - we will tell you more tomorrow.
