Let's get going!

OK girls. Summer's over (not that I noticed it arriving) and it's time to get back to training. We are trying to arrange fixtures for the new season and fit them in around the Gogledd Cymru regional fixtures (which almost all of you will be involved with anyway).
Training back to normal - Thursdays 6.45pm and Sundays 10.45am (when we don't have matches).

More committment needed

More committment is needed if we are to continue the winning streak we have enjoyed so far. Numbers at training have been low. We will be continuing the trend of treats and days out as rewards for committment - no committment, no treats.

First game

Training has started for the new season. The first game is 13 September so more committment to training is needed. Training will continue on Thursdays at 6.45pm unless otherwise notified.

Keep active

Don't get complacent just because we're having a short break from training. Be assured that Louis is putting training plans together for the pre-season training and you will need to be fit to keep up with them so keep up and improve your fitness levels. I know it's hot but not too many ice creams girls!
